本 服務水平協議(本“SLA”)是一項管理VPS使用的政策,單獨適用於使用 VPS 的每個主機。
本 SLA 而言,VPS 包括隨相關一起購買的任何資源(不包含網路/設備(主機/路由)韌體問題/電力問題)
以下為各服務SLA標準
HINET 靜/動態 300Mbps/100Mbps
每月正常運行時間百分比(31天計算) 服務補償天數
小於 50% 但等於或大於 40% 1天
小於 40% 但等於或大於 20% 7天
低於 20% 31天

HINET 靜/動態 500Mbps/250Mbps
每月正常運行時間百分比(31天計算) 服務補償天數
小於 60% 但等於或大於 50% 1天
小於 50% 但等於或大於 30% 7天
低於 30% 31天

HINET 靜/動態 1Gbps/600Mbps
每月正常運行時間百分比(31天計算) 服務補償天數
小於 80% 但等於或大於 60% 7天
小於 60% 但等於或大於 30% 14天
低於 30% 31天

HINET 靜/動態 2Gbps/1Gbps
每月正常運行時間百分比(31天計算) 服務補償天數
小於 90% 但等於或大於 70% 7天
小於 70% 但等於或大於 40% 14天
低於 40% 31天



This Service Level Agreement (this "SLA") is a policy governing the use of the VPS and applies individually to each host using the VPS.
For the purposes of this SLA, VPS includes any resources purchased with the relevant (excluding network/device (hosting/routing) firmware issues/power issues)
The following are the SLA standards for each service
HINET static/dynamic 300Mbps/100Mbps
Monthly Uptime Percentage (31 Day Calculation) Days of Service Compensation
Less than 50% but equal to or greater than 40% 1 day
Less than 40% but equal to or greater than 20% 7 days
Below 20% 31 days

HINET static/dynamic 500Mbps/250Mbps
