本公司提供用戶24小時退款服務(工單建立時間需在24小時內建立),退款須符合以下幾點
1.流量使用24小時不超過10G,72小時不超過30G(另外收取2%費用)
2.如線路不穩問題請提供MTR紀錄,如我方確認無法在7天內改善得以退款
3.我方無法處理問題(動態IP不適用)
4.IP並未受到國家或是主要流媒體/社群封鎖(動態IP不適用)
5.非特殊活動服務
如皆符合將全額退費(須扣除交易手續費12%,未滿1 USD按照1 USD計算),未符合將收取費用25%
#USDT付款者無法退款至USDT(僅可退到帳號內)
#如直接發起PAYPAL爭議將不退款並取消服務,且不再提供服務購買



The company provides users with a 24-hour refund service (the creation time of the work order must be established within 24 hours), and the refund must meet the following points

5. Non-special event services
If all meet the requirements, the fee will be refunded in full (12% of the transaction fee will be deducted, less than 1 USD will be calculated as 1 USD), if not, 25% of the fee will be charged
#USDT payers cannot get refunds to USDT (refundable to account only)
#If a PAYPAL dispute is directly initiated, the service will not be refunded and the service will be cancelled, and service purchases will no longer be provided
